• Veal mini-burger with spices, arugula, roasted onions and peppers, lime mayonnaise |
• Vegetable tartare, feta cheese and basil, spicy pepper coulis |

Price includes a cocktail class on arrival, followed by a 2-hour tapas workshop and on-site tasting of prepared recipes, accompanied by a glass of wine chosen by the sommelier; taxes and additional drinks not included. Gratuity appreciated on site!
