Come cook Spanish tapas like in Madrid or Barcelona — with a fusion twist!

• Sautéed squid squid with garlic, parsley, sun dried tomatoes, croutons, chorizo chips
• Bruschetta with goat cheese, fresh basil, sundried tomatoes |
• Spanish Paella with shrimps, chicken and chorizo |
• Patatas bravas; potatoes in olive oil, smoked paprika sauce and garlic mayonnaise |
• Light and fluffy cake, caramelized nuts, chocolate ganache and orange blossom crème anglaise (Gluten and lactose free) |

The price includes a tapas workshop of approximately 2 hours and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared, all in a friendly atmosphere. A glass of wine or bubbles will be offered upon arrival, selected by our sommelier.
