Superb evening of tapas workshops and wine tasting!

Tapas and wine evenings combine conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. They are distinguished by their warm, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for conversation and good cheer.

• Pan seared foie gras, fresh figs caramelized with honey and port wine, ginger biscuit and thyme crumble |
• Albacore tuna sahimi, buttermilk dressing, wasabi espuma, ginger jelly |
• Fresh and smoked salmon rillette, Mujjol caviar, Korean-style marinated daikon |

The price includes a tasting of two wines (one white and one red) led by our sommelier upon your arrival, followed by a tapas cooking class lasting about 2 hours.
The dishes you prepare will be enjoyed on site in a friendly atmosphere!
