Tapas and cocktail evenings: an invitation to conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. They stand out for their warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for conversation and good cheer.

• Star anise honey glazed salmon Tataki, spiced mayonnaise, panko crumble |
• Mini lamb pita, chopped lettuce, minth yogurt and marinated red onions |
• Caramelized apples cake, sea salt crisp, lemon syrup |
• Country bread toast, beef flank steak and balsamic caramelized onions |
• Ginger tuna tartare, crostini, yuzu sour cream sauce, Masago caviar |

The price includes a cocktail workshop upon arrival, followed by a tapas workshop of approximately 2 hours, with on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
