Vibrant, aromatic, and generous, it showcases fresh, locally sourced ingredients such as fish and seafood, marinated meats, root vegetables, tropical fruits, fragrant herbs, and a rich variety of spices.

Renowned for its balance of delicate flavors and bold character, Martinican gastronomy features an impressive array of iconic specialties, including accras de morue (salt cod fritters), chicken or goat colombo (a fragrant Caribbean curry), Creole blood sausage, féroce d'avocat (a spicy avocado and salt cod spread), fish court-bouillon (Creole fish stew), grilled spiny lobster, and an assortment of delicious desserts made with coconut, banana, pineapple, or guava.

The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours, followed by the tasting of the dishes prepared on-site in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
