Cocktail and Tapas courses !

Tapas and cocktail evenings: an invitation to conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. They stand out for their warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for conversation and good cheer.

• Gin & Paradise
• Coconut milk calamari soup, green curry, lemongrass and ginger, vegetables julienne |
• Italian veal meat balls, candied cherry tomato sauce, basil, ricotta |
• Crispy chicken mini-burger, Migneron de Charlevoix cheese, smoked tomato mayo, romaine lettuce |
• Tuna Poke bowl, spicy mayo, edamame, sesame, green onion |
• Crispy puff pastry filled with almond cream, crystallized syrup, roasted flaked almonds |

The price includes a cocktail workshop upon arrival, followed by a tapas workshop of approximately 2 hours, with on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
