WINE & TAPAS EVENINGS!

Superb evening of tapas workshops and wine tasting!

Tapas and wine evenings combine conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. They stand out for their warm and relaxed atmosphere, which encourages conversation and good spirits.

• Italian beef tartare, Parmigiano Reggiano croutons |
• Duck confit crunchy Wonton salad, shiitake, green onion and honey |
• Veal meatballs with Mascarpone, tomato sauce, fried onions and basil |
• Green peas puree with tarragon, sesame tuna, honey soy lemon reduction |
• Jar of chocolate mousse and caramelized hazelnuts |

The price includes a tasting of two wines (one white and one red) led by our sommelier upon your arrival, followed by a tapas cooking class lasting about 2 hours.
The dishes you prepare will be enjoyed on site in a friendly atmosphere!
