Cocktail and tapas classes!

Tapas and cocktail evenings: an invitation to conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. They stand out for their warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for conversation and good cheer.

• Beef and brie mini-burger, sautéed mushrooms, chipotle mayonnaise and shallot confit |
• Leek and potato velouté, sour cream, chives, turmeric croutons |
• Beignet passion, rum caramelized pineapple, powdered sugar |
• White mushroom and shiitake stew with miso sauce, fried onions and herb oil |
• Fresh and smoked salmon rillette, Mujjol caviar, Korean-style marinated daikon |

The price includes a cocktail workshop upon arrival, followed by a tapas workshop of approximately 2 hours and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
