Cocktail and Tapas Class!

Tapas and cocktail evenings: an invitation to conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. They stand out for their warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for conversation and good cheer.

• Trip to la Havane
• Crispy shrimps, garlic butter popcorn, tomato smoked mayonnaise, briquette leaves with fleur de sel, coriander |
• Grandmother chocolate mousse, crunchy white chocolate marbles |
• Squid with olive oil, dried tomatoes, cucumber and Greek yogurt |
• Black olive tapenade with feta cheese, country bread, roasted cherry tomatoes, caramelized onions, arugula, Balsamic caramel |
• Lamb burger with spices, fresh cilantror, roasted onions and peppers, lime mayonnaise |

The price includes a cocktail workshop upon arrival, followed by a tapas workshop of approximately 2 hours, with on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
