Brunch is so much more than just a meal, it’s an experience!

It’s that clever blend of breakfast and lunch, born from the desire to take your time, indulge yourself, and most importantly… not have to choose between sweet and savory. It has become a true social ritual, often associated with Sundays or laid-back mornings.

• Lobster and scallop Thermidor gratin, fennel, tarragon, Yukon Gold potatoes and Monterey Jack cheese |
• Crabmeat in remoulade with pomelo juice, avocado pulp, apricot infused with thyme, roasted almonds |
• Waffle, shredded duck confit, crumbled goat cheese, lamb's lettuce, olive oil and lemon zest |
• Rustic sandwich with braised maple ham, smoked mayo and a poached egg |
• Shortcake with flambéed strawberries and vanilla whipped cream |

The price includes a 15-minute mimosa workshop, a cooking class of approximately 2 hours, followed by a tasting of the prepared dishes in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere!

Taxes and additional drinks are not included. A non-alcoholic version is available for the cocktail workshop.
