• Pork tenderloin skewers, Charcutière sauce |
• Sliced flank steak, sea salt, with a Béarnaise sauce |
• Oven baked cod fillets, stir fried garlic tomatoes, beurre blanc sauce |
• Boston beef cooked sous-vide with a green pepper sauce |
• Strawberry salad in syrup with a cardamom custard |

The price includes a tapas and sauce workshop of approximately 2 hours and on-site tasting of the dishes you prepare in a friendly atmosphere, along with a glass of wine or sparkling wine upon arrival, selected by our sommelier.

Taxes and additional drinks are not included. Tips are greatly appreciated on site!
