Cocktail and tapas classes !

Tapas and cocktail evenings: an invitation to conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. They stand out for their warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for conversation and good cheer.

• Bangkok chicken rillettes, coconut milk, curry, lime kefir, and fresh cilantro |
• Peaches in lemon syrup, mascarpone cream, speculoos powder, fresh thyme |
• Tuna onigiri, Japanese mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and furikake |
• Crispy pork with Panko breadcrumbs, shredded cabbage with rice vinegar, Matcha tea and Yuzu mayonnaise |
• Indian onion and spice fritters with creamy yogurt dip |

The price includes a cocktail workshop upon arrival, followed by a tapas workshop of approximately 2 hours, with on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
