WINE & TAPAS EVENINGS!

Superb evening of tapas workshops and wine tasting!

Tapas and wine evenings combine conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. They stand out for their warm and relaxed atmosphere, which encourages conversation and good spirits.

• Pan seared foie gras, raisin bread toasts and Calvados onions compote, Granny smith |
• Goat cheese, caramelized onions and spinach puff pastry, thyme honey |
• Mini rösti with cheddar cheese, sour cream, smoked salmon and chives |
• Chicken marinated in miso and maple syrup, crunchy vegetables, toasted sesame |
• Chocolate mousse, mango, ginger, sesame nougatine |

The price includes a tasting of two wines (one white and one red) led by our sommelier upon your arrival, followed by a tapas cooking class lasting about 2 hours.
The dishes you prepare will be enjoyed on site in a friendly atmosphere!
