Mexican cuisine, colorful, flavorful, vibrant, and recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO!
It’s far more than just tacos and burritos: it’s an ancestral cuisine, rich in tradition, local ingredients, and regional diversity.
Cinco de Mayo commemorates the Battle of Puebla, which took place on May 5, 1862. On that day, the Mexican army, led by General Ignacio Zaragoza, achieved an unexpected victory against the French troops of Napoleon III, who were better equipped and more numerous.

The price includes an approximately 2-hour cooking workshop and the tasting of the dishes prepared on-site in a warm and convivial atmosphere.
