Tapas and cocktail evenings: an invitation to conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. They stand out for their warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for conversation and good cheer.

• Vive l'apéro en gin
• Veal polpette with gorgonzola, creamy sauce with apples, honey and walnuts |
• Grilled Scallops, Grilled Soybeans, Citrus Freshness, Small Vegetables |
• Country bread spread, olive oil, oregano and peas, ricotta and lemon zest |
• Fried chicken with fleur de sel, avocado hummus, tomato and black pepper coulis |
• Caramelized pistachio floating islands, saffron custard |

The price includes a cocktail workshop upon arrival, followed by a tapas workshop of approximately 2 hours, with on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
