Salad

Pomelo
100 Gr
Green beans
250 Gr
Cherry tomatoes
25 Gr
Thai basil
50 Gr
Dry shrimps

Dressing

100 Ml
Fish sauce nuoc-mâm
1 Small
Thai chilli
50 Ml
Lime juice
1 Unit(s)
Lime zest(s)
2 Clove(s)
Garlic
50 Gr
Brown sugar

Topping

100 Gr
Peanuts

Preparation time: 30 min

  • Set up

    Cut the beans into 3 cm pieces and blanch them in boiling salted water.

    Cut the cherry tomatoes in half lengthwise.

    Chop the Thai basil.

    Prepare the sauce: blend or crush the chili pepper and garlic. Add the fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar.

  • Salad and presentation

    In a salad bowl, mix together the pomelo, green beans, tomatoes, Thai basil, and dried shrimp.

    Add the sauce and mix gently before placing on your plates.

    Sprinkle with roasted peanuts before serving.

It is possible to replace the pomelo with 2 grapefruits.
