Udon noodles can be served with the sauce of your choice or simply with soy sauce.

Noodles
Using a fork, mix all the ingredients together to form a dough. Cover the mixture and leave to rest for a few minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces.
Pass the dough through a pasta machine to roll it out to a thickness of 0.5 cm, then cut into 0.5 cm strips.
Dust the noodles with flour to prevent them from sticking together.
The pasta can take up to 3-4 minutes to cook in boiling salted water.
