Make sure you have the right quantity of each ingredients.

1 small mixing bowl , 1 lemon juicer
Kitchen towels, tablespoons (tasting)
1 wisk

Mayonnaise
In a bowl, place the egg yolk, mustard, salt and pepper. Combine the ingredients with a whisk and let stand 1 minute on the counter.
Then, without stopping whipping, gradually pour the oil into the bowl. Do not stop mixing until you obtain a very firm mayonnaise.
Add the lemon juice and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Store the sauce in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
