Verrine of yogurt, stewed berries and honey homemade granola - virtual workshop version

If you are in season, do not hesitate to take fresh berries instead of frozen ones.


 

 

Ingredients

Recipe for 2 portions

Granola

2 Tbsp
Sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp
Pumpkin seed
2 Tbsp
Sliced almonds
2 Tbsp
Pistachios
1 Tbsp
Butter
1 Tsp
Honey
1 Tsp
Sugar

Stewed berries

1 Cup(s)
Mix of frozen berries
1 Tbsp
Sugar

Garnish

1 Cup(s)
Vanilla greck yogourt

Preparation time: 15 min

Preheat your at 375 °F

  • Things to do before the workshop

    Ingredients

    Make sure that you have all the ingredients ready.

    Open the can of pears.

    Equipment list

    1 pasty sheet + parchment paper

    1 mixing bowl 

    1 small pot

    2 Verrines or glasses

    Kitchen towels, tablespoons (tasting)

    1 spatula

  • Granola

    Roast the cereals in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and add honey and melted butter. Mix to combine.

    Put back in the oven until you get a golden brown color then remove from the oven and let cool it down.

  • Stewed berries

    Place the fruit in the saucepan with the sugar and cook gently.

    Place in a bowl when the fruits are well stewed and let cool before serving.

  • Plating

     

    Start by pouring a base of yogurt into each verrines.

    Add the red fruit compote and finish with the homemade granola.
