vegetarian pakoras donut with spices

- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil
Preparation time: 45 min
Peel the potaotes and the onion and wash the vegetables.
Dice the vegetables in little cubes (macedoine cut)
Cisel the cilantro
Mix the spices with the chickpea flour and season with salt.
Mix water with the flour slowly until you get a nice and smooth dough
Once smooth, add the vegetables and the cilantro in the dough
Slowly poor a spoon of pakoras mix in the fryer.
Once nice and brown, remove, strain and put on a paper towel.
Season with salt.
You can serve either warm or cold.
- Rafita sauce
Combine all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper.
You can always finish the cooking of your pakoras in the oven if you think they re not cook enough.
