Molten chocolate cake baked in an orange peel

Preparation time: 45 min
Wash and slice in halves your oranges.
Sccop out the flesh.
Sice the flour and the baking powder.
Separate the egg whites and yolks.
- Molten chocolate
In a water bath, melt the chocolate and butter.
In a bowl, mix the yolks with 200g of sugar. Whisk the egg whites until they form firm peaks, slowly add the rest of sugar (50g) and keep whisking for 2-3 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
Mix the melted chocolate and butter with the yolks. Fold the mix with a spatula while adding the flour/baking powder mix.
Fold now the whites with the mix.
Pour in the orange peels. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
