Bananas foster (rum caramel, bananas, vanilla ice cream)

- Foster bananas
Peel the bananas and cut them in 2 lengthwise. Cut them again in the oposite direction. Set aside.
In a hot skillet, combine all of the ingredients except for the bananas and pecans. Cook, stirring occasionally for 2 minutes. Add the bananas and pecans and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot with a nice scoop of ice cream on top.
