Yukon gold potatoes

5 Pinch(es)

Sea salt flakes

1 Tsp

Smoked paprika

1 Tsp

Sugar

Preparation time: 45 min

Preheat your Four at 425 °F

Fries

Peel the potatoes and then use the Starfrit fry cutter to make the fries. Cook in your fryer at 375°F for 3-4 minutes. Strain well. Repeat this process until nice a colored before serving. Season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika and a dash of sugar while still hot.
