Stir fried chicken and vegetables, sweet and spicy sauce
A stir fried chicken and crunchy vegetable dish, with a sweet and spicy sauce!

- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation time: 30 min
Cut the chicken into strips.
Chop or slice the carrots, onions, zucchini and peppers into bite sized pieces.
Finely chop the ginger and garlic, set aside.
Chop the green onions and coriander, set aside.
Soak the noodles in warm water.
- In the wok
Pre-heat the wok with a bit of oil. Once the oil is starting to smoke, add the chicken and stir fry for about 2 minutes, then add the garlic and ginger. Add the vegetables next and cook for about 2 minutes and finally add the noodles and sauce. Finalise the preparation by adding the fresh coriander and green onions.
This recipe can be prepared with tofu or beef if you are in the mood to change it up.
