For the raita

250 Ml
Greek yogurt
0.50 Bunch(es)
Mint
0.25 Bunch(es)
Flat parsley
1 Unit(s)
Lemon
1 Clove(s)
Garlic
0.50 Unit(s)
Cucumber
0.50 Tsp
Tabasco
5 Ml
Ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation time: 15 min

  • For the preparations

    Empty the cucumber and cut it in small cubes. Chop the garlic, the parsley and the mint. Squeeze the lemon juice and filter it.

  • For the raita

    In a bowl, mix the yogourt, with all the ingredients in the recipe, fix the seasonning. Serve it with grilled pita bread.
