Lebanese chicken skewers, marinated à la minutes with lemon and garlic.

For the chicken tawouk
Boneless chicken thigh
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation time: 30 min
Preheat your Four at 425 °F
- For the preparationsCut the chicken legs in 4 pièces.Squizz the lemon, chop the garlic and the parsley.
- For the skewersMix the chicken with lemon, garlic, cumin and olive ol.Stick two pièces of chicken on each skewers, in a pan with olive ol on medium heat sear the chicken until coloration.Put it on a baking tray and cook it 10 more minutes in the oven.Plate it on a serving tray and garnish with the parsley generousely.
