Beef yakitori, cheese fondant, honey and roasted sesame, soya sauce, marinated ginger and green onion
Japanese beef skeewers stuffed with Québec cheese, served with a flavored soy sauce.

- Vegetable oil

Preparation time: 30 min
Preheat your four at 425 °F
- For the mise en place
Cut some 8g pieces of cheese.
Chop the green onions.
Roast the sesame seeds in a pan.
- For the beef skeewers
Roll the beef around the cheese (2 slices), the cheese should be closed inside the beef.
Stick the skewers in the beef until 4 to 5 cm.
In a hot pan with vegetable oil, sear the skewers on each sides. Put it on a baking tray, a drizzle of honey and the roasted sesame.
Put it in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
- For the sauce
Put the green onions and the ginger in the soy sauce, let it steep a little bit before serving it.
