Preheat your Four at 425 °F

  • For the preparations
    Cut the Ciabatta in big cubes, put it on a baking tray with 30 ml of oliv ol and roast it in the oven.Cut the tomatoes in quarter, chop the basil in big pieces, cut the olives in half.Chop the garlic finely. Peel, empty and slice the cucumber finely.Peel and mince the onion finely.Squeeze and strain the lemon juice.
  • For the salad
    In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the croutons and the basil. Add the vinegar, the lemon juice and the rest of the olive ol, season it well. Let it seat in the fridge for 10 minutes.Add the croutons and the basil last minute and serve.
