  • For the preparations
    Deep the wood skewers in cold water during your preparation.Cut the chicken leggs in 4 pièces.Squeeze and strain the lemon juice, chop the garlic finely, pick and chop the cilantro.In a bowl, put the chicken pièces, season it, add the lemon juice, the oliv ol and the garlic. Mix it well and let it seat for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  • For the chicken taouk
    Put 4 pièces of chicken on each skewers and put it back in the marinade.Heat your grill really hot, mark your skewers 2 minutes on each sides. And put it on the upper grill for 4 to 5 minutes, it will continue to cook without drying.Put it on a serving plate and finish with the coriandre.
