- For the preparationsDice the zucchinis.Peel and dice finelly the shallots.Chop the garlic and pick the tyme.
- For the flanIn a hot pan with oliv oil, sweat the zucchinis, the shallots and the garlic. Cook it for 5 minutes by stiring sometimes, remove from the stove and let it cool down.In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, add the zucchinis and the tyme.Spred some butter in the ramequins, share the flan mix and cook it in the oven for 30 minutes. Take it out, put the parmesan and the butter on the top, and back in the oven on broil for 3 to 4 minutes.To make sure that the flans are cooked, stick the blade of a knife inside it should be dry.Serve with the salad and the vinaigrette of your choice.
