Baby spinach, endives, pears, blue cheese, walnuts and maple dressing

Preparation time: 15 min
- General preparationRoast the walnuts a few minutes in the oven or in a skillet over medium heat. Finely slice the endive. Finely chop the shallot. Finely chop the chives. Crumble the cheese. Cut the pears into thin slices just before serving the salad.
- Maple dressing preparationMix the white balsamic vinegar with the maple syrup and olive oil in small bowl. Mix gently with the baby spinach, shallot and endive at the last moment. Season with salt and pepper.
- To servePlace some salad at the bottom of your plate and garnish it with walnuts, blue cheese and pears.
