Pineapple and figues tatin, with vanilla ice cream

- For the preparationsPeel and cut the pineapple in small cubes.Cut the figs in small cubes.Cut 4 circles of puff pastry of the size of the shells.Cut the vanilla in half, and remove the seeds.
- For the tatinIn a dry pan, melt the sugar on medium heat to realize a nice golden brown caramel.Add the vanilla seeds and the cubes of pineapple, caramilize it for 2 to 3 minutes, remove from the stove, add the figs, and let it cool down a little bit.In 4 individual shells, share the fruits, put the puff pastry on the top.Make some little in the pastry with a fork and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
