Thin slices of Atlantic salmon marinated in with a maple, sesame and rice vinegar dressing and served with a julienne of apples and thinly sliced green onions.

For the salmon sashimi
Salmon filet skin-off
Roasted sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation time: 15 min
- General preparationCut the apple into julienne. Chop green onion. Toast the sesame seeds. Using a sharp knife, slice the salmon into thin slices.
- Maple dressing preparationIn a small bowl, combine maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. Whisk well.
- To serveLay the salmon slices in a fan at the bottom of a plate. Sprinkle with julienned apple and green onion. Finally, season to taste with a drizzle of maple vinaigrette. You can serve the sashimi with a small green salad.
The fish used for sashimi must be very fresh and odor free.
