The Speakeasy, during the Prohibition, was an illegal place to sell alcohol. Most of the time, it's a hidden bar. This is a kind of Speakeasy recipe.

Maraschino cherry (ies)

2 Dash(es)

Angostura bitter

0.25 Oz

Lemon juice

0.25 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Martini rosso

1 Oz

Orange juice

1 Oz

Scotch whisky

In a shaker, put the cherries and pour the lemon juice and the sugar out. Use a muddler to crush those ingredients, fill your shaker up with ice. Pour the other ingredients. Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain your cocktail out into an old-fashioned glass filled up with ice cubes.
