Cocktail
In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out.
Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a coupette glass.

Bell pepper and chilli syrup
Preparing the ingredients: Wash the peppers and chillies thoroughly. De-seed the bell pepper and cut into small pieces. For the chilli, you can remove the seeds to soften the result, or leave them in for extra heat.
Heat the mixture: In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, red bell pepper pieces and chili pepper. Heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
Blending and filtering: Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Blend the mixture to obtain a smooth texture. Strain through a fine sieve to remove any bits of skin and seeds.
