A soft cocktail with sake

Ingredients

Recipe for 1 cocktail

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Fennel syrrup

1 Oz

Sake

2 Oz

White cranberry juice

2 Oz

Yuzu soda 1642

Ice

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients, except the Tonic.

Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour the mix out in an Old Fashioned glass.

Top with the 1642 Yuzu.
