For the cocktail
White chocolate ganache
Green crème de menthe
For the Ganache
Glucose or corn syrup
- For the cocktailIn a shaker, pour all the ingredients out. Fill it up with ice and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, into a Martini glass.
- For the GanacheIn a small pot, heat the cream and the sugar to a boil. Pour over the choclate, wait 30 seconds and stir it gently.
