Martini, Dessert Cocktails

A kind of Grasshopper variation...


Recipe for 1 Cocktail

For the cocktail

1.50 Oz
White chocolate ganache
0.75 Oz
Green crème de menthe
0.75 Oz
Smirnoff vodka

For the Ganache

125 Gr
White chocolate
150 Gr
35% cream
25 Gr
Glucose or corn syrup
  • Ice
  • For the cocktail
    In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out. Fill it up with ice and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, into a Martini glass.
  • For the Ganache
    In a small pot, heat the cream and the sugar to a boil. Pour over the choclate, wait 30 seconds and stir it gently.
