For ages 8 and up.
- Mild spices beef tataki salad, Parmigiano Reggiano gremolata sauce |
- Cod parmentier, sautéed leeks, Nantais butter sauce, Ratte potato purée
- Lemon pound cake, vanilla ice cream and roasted almonds with lemon caramel
The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, followed by the tasting of your meal on-site in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
The class price is per person. Don’t forget to book a spot for each participant!
