Come discover Corsica through a tasting of 6 wines, presented in person by the winemakers themselves!

Corsican wines are deeply shaped by the island’s unique Mediterranean identity. Nestled between the sea and the mountains, Corsica’s vineyards enjoy a warm, sunny climate tempered by maritime influences.

The island’s diverse landscapes and soils — ranging from granite and schist to limestone and clay, depending on the area — give rise to an impressive variety of wines, each with its own distinctive character.

• Zucchini fritters with brocciu, mint and lemon sauce
• Tianu di fasgioli with wild boar bacon, fried sage
• Sea bream crudo with clementine, crisp fennel, toasted hazelnuts and maquis herb oil

Enjoy a wonderful experience beginning with a 30-minute presentation hosted by the winemakers, who will introduce you to their wines and share their passion and expertise.

You’ll then head into the kitchen to prepare 3 traditional Corsican tapas, which you’ll enjoy paired with 6 Corsican wines, presented by the winemakers themselves!
