Cocktail and tapas class !

Tapas and cocktail evenings: an invitation to conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. They stand out for their warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for conversation and good cheer.

• Crispy chicken mini-burger, Migneron de Charlevoix cheese, smoked tomato mayo, romaine lettuce |
• Peruvian shrimp ceviche, lime juice, puffed rice chips, fresh cilantro |
• Thai-style beef salad with lemongrass chili dressing |
• Salmon tartare, Thai-style mayonnaise, sesame seeds, chives, cucumber, puffed rice chips |
• Dolci del Chianti : Orange, Almond, Yogurt, and Olive Oil Cake

The price includes a cocktail workshop upon arrival, followed by a tapas workshop of approximately 2 hours, with on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
