Fresh pasta is a symbol of culinary craftsmanship that is both simple and refined. Made from natural ingredients — flour, eggs, and sometimes a little water and salt — it is distinguished by its tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture, delicately al dente.
Unlike dried pasta, fresh pasta cooks quickly and perfectly absorbs sauces, allowing each bite to showcase the full richness of the accompanying ingredients.

The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours, followed by on-site tasting of the recipes prepared—all in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
