Mexican cuisine — colorful, flavorful, vibrant, and recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO!

It’s far more than just tacos and burritos: it’s an ancestral cuisine, rich in tradition, local ingredients, and regional diversity.

• Chili con carne, sour cream, lime zest and fresh cilantro |
• Shrimp tacos, mango salsa, guacamole and apple coleslaw |
• Mexican salsa, guacamole, grilled corn, halloumi cheese, cilantro and tostadas |
• Fish ceviche, Fried Corn, Pepper, Coriander |
• Homemade wheat tortillas |
• Black beans quesadilla |

The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours, followed by the tasting of the dishes prepared on-site in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere!

A Margarita, the country’s iconic cocktail, will be offered upon your arrival!
