BASIC COOKING TECHNIQUES
Basic techniques to learn how to work and cook whole fish and sea food
- Lobster Stock |
- Seabass fillet with crispy scales, squash variations and a Nantua sauce |

The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours, followed by on-site tasting of the recipes prepared, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere! A complimentary glass of wine upon arrival!
