This isn’t just one cuisine, but a rich tapestry of culinary traditions from countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea:
Spain, southern France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon, Israel, Egypt..

• Whipped Feta cheese and avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and toasted Ciabatta bread |
• Spanish-style beef skewer, roasted potatoes in olive oil, smoked paprika sauce and garlic mayonnaise |
• Pilaf rice with lemon and saffron |
• Churros, sucre cannelle et crème de chocolat noir |

The price includes a 2-hour cooking workshop and the on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a warm and friendly atmosphere, along with a glass of wine or bubbly upon arrival, selected by our sommelier.
