Holla ! Spanish gastronomy stands out for its regional diversity, bold flavors, and deep connection to local products. It showcases olive oil, seafood, grilled meats, sun-ripened vegetables, and spices such as smoked paprika. Among its essentials are tapas, paella, Iberian ham, tortillas, Galician seafood, and traditional stews. Each region has its own specialties, ranging from Basque pintxos to Catalan dishes and Andalusian recipes. Vibrant, convivial, and generous, Spanish cuisine celebrates both the simplicity of quality ingredients and the joy of gathering around the table.

The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours, followed by the tasting of the dishes prepared on-site in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
