Spanish BBQ with 3 spanish wines from Bodega Pesqueira
- Beef flank skewers, summer vegetables, tyme and sea salt |
- Grilled haloumi and Portobello, chimichurri, with lemon and oregano |
- Lamb chops with thyme, rosemary and olive oil |
- Pine nut and garlic roasted pepper, grilled country bread, basil pesto and fresh greens |
- Catalan cream infused with citrus fruits and sweet spice |
The price includes a Spanish-themed BBQ cooking class lasting around 2 hours, and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a warm atmosphere!
Plus 3 glasses of Spanish wine from Bodega Pesqueira to match the dishes.
