They perfectly embody conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. More than just small bites, tapas create a warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for encouraging conversation, laughter, and good vibes.

• Quinoa tabbouleh, marinated pepper and onion pickles, fresh herbs, Chermoula sauce |
• Veal mini-burger with spices, arugula, roasted onions and peppers, lime mayonnaise |
• Beef tataki with a citrus infused sea salt, mashed new potatoes with roasted garlic, homemade crostini |
• Salmon tartare, Wasabi yogurt, masago, Lebanese cucumber and marinated radish petals, fresh chives |
• Breton shortbread, tiramisu cream, vanilla citrus |

The price includes a tapas workshop of approximately 2 hours and the on-site tasting of the dishes prepared, in a friendly atmosphere, as well as a glass of wine or bubbles upon your arrival, chosen by the sommelier.
