It's asparagus time! Let yourself be carried away with your chef and realize a delicious 3-course meal!
Asparagus is the star vegetable of spring, prized for its finesse and elegance. Green, white, or purple, it offers a range of flavors from fresh vegetal notes to delicately sweet nuances. Easy to prepare—grilled, steamed, or roasted—it fits just as well in simple dishes as in refined gastronomic creations. A seasonal, sophisticated ingredient that naturally elevates any culinary experience.
- Oven roasted green asparagus, crushed hard boiled egg, white wine and fresh chives sabayon, toasted hazelnut powder |
- Lobster bisque, crisp asparagus salad and truffle oil |
- Green asparagus, roasted tomatoes with garlic and thyme, Burrata cheese, warm vinaigrette with candied shallots
- Basil Panna Cotta, strawberries and black pepper soup |
The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours, followed by on-site tasting of the dishes prepared, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
