PASTRY CLASS
"Learn the basics of pastry! Decoration and toppings on financiers!"
During this course, you'll learn how to decorate with different fillings, based on a financiers recipe.
Bring out the artist in you! You'll leave with 2 financiers of each flavor.
- Financier almond biscuit, lemon cream, burnt meringue twirl, lemon zest |
- Pistachio Financier, ivory whipped cream, roasted pistachio |
- Sweet Financier (almond cakes), vanilla and caramelized Chibouste cream, caramel lava heart |
- Chocolate sweet Financier (fresh almond cakes), dark chocolate ganache, raspberry, chocolate balls |
The price includes a 3-hour pastry class and two financiers of each flavor — that's 8 pieces to take home at the end of the class.

On-site, you'll have access to a selection of teas, coffee, wines, beers, and cocktails!
