• Glass of chocolate cream with crumble and salted butter caramel mousse |
• Cod breaded with hazelnut and Panko, raisin and leek fondue, crispy fingerlings potatoes and beurre blanc |
• Salmon tartar with truffles oil and Parmigiano tiles

The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours, followed by the tasting of the prepared recipes in a warm and friendly atmosphere! A glass of wine or bubbly will be offered to welcome you!
